In our webpage we use SLL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) which provides secure electronic transactions through safe encryption methods regarding the data exchanged between two electronic devices. This provides complete protection to prevent any change in your personal information (name, address, debit / credit card number) during data transfer.

In order to place your order, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as your full name, your email address, your contact number, the physical address where you wish to receive your shipment, in case you do not choose to self-collect your order by our retail store, as well your debit/credit card information, if such payment method is preferred. We hereby clarify that all above mentioned data will not be disclosed, sold or revealed to any third party. Upon completion of your order and after notifying your debit/credit details to the competent bank for the execution of the transaction, all your credit card details will deleted from our database. 


All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses encryption TLS 1.2 with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.


Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation for certain sectors, the applicable Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the electronic communications sector (Law 3471/2006, as amended) and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
