ORDER CANCELLATION

In order to be able to cancel an order, the status of relevant order must be in process. In case that order has been completed and the shipment has already been in status of delivery, the cancellation of order will not be feasible.

RETURN POLICY

In order to accept the return of products, it is necessarily required that the products are in excellent condition, exactly as they were at the time of purchase, in their full original packaging (carton, foam, nylon etc.), without having performed any damage on the package, accompanied by the relevant document of retail transaction. Educational books with solely content the learning of foreign languages are not subject to this policy and cannot be returned. In case the reason for the return hasn’t been caused by our store (for example the item is not faulty/different from the ordered one), the cost of return is borne by the customer.

In case of faulty item, the customer has the opportunity to replace it with a new piece of the same product, to proceed with a new purchase of equal amount, or to request for refund. In such case, product shall be returned via our coordinators “Speedex” courier company, on our own cost.

Products shall be returned to our premises, 37, Iroon Politexniou str., Chaidari 12462, by delivering parcel to our courier coordinators “Speedex within fourteen (14) working days from the delivery date.

In case of refund, it will be performed by using the same payment method that customer used for the purchase. If the customer has performed a bank transaction, relevant bank account shall be notified to us and we will proceed with relevant refund within five (5) working days from the return date.
